Mike Vitar ("Benny The Jet") from "The Sandlot" was discovered at a church carnival and developed by SJV Enterprises/Management. Mike started developing his acting skills with SJV, then took professional acting classes while auditioning for commercials, smaller television & feature film roles, including short films and other roles. Even

Mike started developing his acting skills with SJV, then took professional acting classes while auditioning for commercials, smaller television & feature film roles, including short films and other roles. Eventually started booking roles in a short film, national Coca Cola commercial with the baseball player Rafael Palmeiro and then booked "The Sandlot" two years from the start date of beginning his acting career, which led to other major feature film lead role bookings after the success of "The Sandlot" and there has been other clients with the same situation.
It's not just having the "look", need to have the skills to back it up. Going after roles that are a perfect fit, action roles that requires expert skills is a good place to start, plus having a good foundation of this business already established. It's not an easy business, need to be dedicated, trained and talented.
